To keep our guests and community safe, we will require all guests, clients, and vendors 12 and older to provide proof of two doses of coronavirus vaccine upon entry (except for those who have received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine). Proof of vaccination may include the New York State Excelsior Pass, NYC Covid Safe, CDC Vaccination Card (or photo), NYC Vaccination record or an official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S.
