The ADDF occasionally has a need for select volunteers in our NYC office. Computer literacy and a minimum commitment of eight hours per week is preferred. Volunteer opportunities at the ADDF are ideal for undergraduate and graduate student or retired professionals. The ADDF internship program provides college students with hands-on experience in a non-profit setting. Hours are flexible, though candidates who can commit to working a minimum of 10 hours per week are preferred. As a small organization, students will be exposed to a wide spectrum of experiences, including event/conference planning, proposal writing, marketing communications and prospect research. ADDF internships are unpaid positions, but candidates may receive credit by prior arrangement with their college/university.
